What is it: Generation H2O is a nationwide campaign empowering every young person in Scotland to value and protect Scotland’s water.

What we did: We developed a multi-prong strategy that explained how the business could support young people in communities across Scotland, with creative activations for how to do so. It builds their skills while empowering them to protect and value Scotland’s water. This drive home an important behaviour change message that the business needs to deliver so as to prepare young people for changes to our water in the future, building trust in Scottish Water as

My Role: I was integral in pitching and developing the campaign strategy from end-to-end, building positive relations with the client in the process. I ensured the programme strategy delivered against the client’s needs, while positively aligning with the interests of young people. I provided essential creative direction throughout the process, offering branding, naming and activation ideas.

Impact:

  • 82% OF PRIMARY STUDENTS TOLD FAMILY AND FRIENDS HOW TO PROTECT WATER

  • Over 31,000 young people engaged in Year 1, from over 410 primary schools and over 100 secondary schools.

  • 61% OF SECONDARY STUDENTS ARE USING NEW WAYS TO PROTECT WATER
