My process:

  1. Initial meeting and diagnosis session - In our first meetings, I will gain an understanding of your business and conduct a diagnosis, where I score the health of your business’ branding and marketing to understand where I can help.

  2. PHASE ONE: GATHER - I will share my understanding of what your business does, the results of the diagnosis of your business, and the objectives related to your marketing/branding challenges that emerged from the diagnosis. I will also share core insights related to your business and audiences.

  3. PHASE TWO: STRATEGY - From the discussion at phase one, I will build out the brand proposition, buyer personae and core messaging guide, creating a refreshed brand playbook you can use internally and externally to better communicate your business.

  4. PHASE THREE: CREATIVE - Once we’ve agreed and finalised the brand playbook, I will build out a content and channel strategy for you to implement the new brand. If you want, this can include campaign creative.
